However, if you receive a wrong product or a damaged item, you are eligible to request a return or replacement. To initiate the process, customers must provide a clear opening video recorded from the moment the package is opened. This video is mandatory for verification and helps us maintain transparency and fairness.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, and only for wrong or damaged products. We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, design preference, or size issues, so customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before placing an order. Once the return request is approved, the product must be sent back in unused, original condition with all packaging intact.
Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be initiated through the original mode of payment for prepaid orders. For COD orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer after verification. Please note that incomplete evidence, tampered packaging, or missing accessories may lead to rejection of the return request.
