SHIPPING POLICY

At Nirmala Fashion, we aim to provide fast and reliable delivery for every order. All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 days, after which shipping time varies based on the standard courier delivery schedule for each city. Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details to monitor their shipment. Delivery timelines may differ depending on location, courier partner workload, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays, all of which are outside our control.


We offer both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) options to ensure a convenient shopping experience. Customers placing COD orders must be available at the delivery address to avoid failed attempts. Any delays caused due to unavailability or incorrect address details will be the customer’s responsibility.


Before dispatch, customers may request changes to their order; however, once the order is shipped, modifications or cancellations cannot be made. We ensure proper packaging and quality checks before dispatch, but in the rare case of receiving a wrong or damaged product, customers may request a return within 7 days by providing a mandatory opening video as proof.
