Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 days, and any modifications or cancellations must be made before dispatch, as no changes can be accepted afterward. Delivery timelines depend on standard courier service timing according to the customer’s city, and any delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
We offer both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) payment methods. Customers placing COD orders must ensure availability at the delivery location, and repeated COD cancellations may result in restrictions on future orders. Returns are accepted only in cases where the customer receives a wrong or damaged product. To process a return, a clear opening video is mandatory as proof, and requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Returns for reasons such as change of mind, design preference, or size issues will not be accepted, so customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before ordering.
